I highly recommend the sashimi salmon fillet. It’s even fresher than the sashimi we had in the restaurant. The portion is surprisingly huge too. I am going to order it again.

Vacuum sealing

It’s fresh but for sanitary reasons, suggest vacuum sealing it prior to putting it in a box.
