**How to Defrost Super Frozen Tuna:**
1. Prepare a saltwater solution with a **3-4% salt concentration**.
2. Wearing gloves, rinse the tuna under running water (avoid direct contact).
3. Submerge the tuna in the saltwater for **2-3 minutes**.
4. Wrap the tuna in paper and let it slowly defrost in the refrigerator for **one day**.
*Note:* After defrosting, the tuna's color may change slightly—this is completely normal.
For storage, you can freeze it again, but for no longer than **2 days**, as standard freezers can't preserve the peak flavor of bluefin tuna. For the best taste, enjoy it as soon as possible!
Reminder:
DO NOT THAW PRODUCT INSIDE THE VACCUUMED BAG, UNDER ROOM TEMPERATURE OR IN WATER. CUT OPEN THE VACUUM BAG AND WRAP THE FROZEN TUNA WITH A CLEAN PAPER TOWEL ON A PLATE AND PLACE IN THE REFRIDGATOR (+- 2 DEGREES CELSIUS) OVER NIGHT OR FOR A MINIMUM OF 12 HOURS.
