Culinary Test Kitchen Chef Peter Morcos
Chef Peter has worked in the restaurant industry for over 15 years, in all different types of restaurants, food trucks, catering companies... and has worked with many different styles of cooking and international cuisines.
He earned his Culinary Management degree at George Brown College, after completing his Bsc in Kinesiology at York University, all while working full time and apprenticing under some of Toronto's best Chefs.
Chef Peter loves to cook, and use his past experiences and knowledge to help our customers find new products, come up with different and unique recipes, and R&D sessions with existing/new customers.
